David Ruiz Riera, Esq.

David Ruiz Riera, Esq. taught law at Glendale University College of Law and currently practices civil litigation and administrative proceedings pertaining to Fair Housing Law, real estate and landlord-tenant law, as well as estate planning and immigration law.

David Ruiz Riera graduated with High Honors from Glendale University College of Law in 2006, and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Glendale Law Review in 2005. He won Academic Achievement Awards in numerous areas of law, including Real Property, Criminal Law, Conflicts of Law, Constitutional Law, Legal Writing & Research, Remedies, and Torts.

As Associate Professor of Law, David Ruiz Riera was responsible for the publication of the Glendale Law Review.

A native of Barcelona, Spain, he earned both a Master's degree and a Law degree from the University of Barcelona.

A happily-married father of two, David Ruiz Riera is trilingual (Spanish, English and Catalan), and has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2006.
